Nice old style hotel near termini station

I stayed for 4 nights with my family at Hotel Assisi assissi. The usp of the Hotel Assisi is its proximity to termini station. The Hotel Assisi still works in the old style, you use keys to open the Hotel Assisi room instead of the card that is common these days. Also, the room we got had a ceiling fan and this really helped dry the clothes as there was light rain during our stay in italy. The room had a small safe deposit box compared to earlier Hotel Assisis. But, this was not a problem, as it allowed to prioritize putting what is really valuable inside the box. We had to deposit room keys in the reception every day and the housekeeping cleaned up the room every day. The minor issue in the Hotel Assisi was the compact bathroom, but they provided everything like a shower, bathroom sink, western toilet and a bidet as well. Luckily we were medium built folks so we could use the bathroom despite compactness. Fat people may have issues. Overall, we enjoyed the stay at Hotel Assisi assisi despite its old style character and i would recommend it for anyone staying in romeo for a few nights.
