First the positives - good size room, aircon works well, breakfast pretty good, pool area looks beautiful
Now the negatives - no in room coffee facilities or mini bar, no iron/ironing board nor any facilities on site to iron, room numbering ridiculous (refer photo) - see a problem?? ended up walking the entire floor pulling heavy suitcase looking for my room (and the vending machine is in the opposite direction to the arrow on the sign), staff not really helpful, room service 15 Euros tray cost, room service difficult to order - it was obvious restaurant staff didn’t understand English as they hung up on me, Bar Atrium wouldn’t even answer their phone, vending machine wouldn’t take notes (and reception would only give me limited change for it)....it seems the staff must be encouraged to provide the least service possible. Hotel is well out of Rome City so not overly convenient.
I’m on a Trafalgar Costsaver tour at present and they will be getting my feedback as well.
Really unimpressed. If a hotel in Australia ran this way, they would soon be out of business.
Management obviously don’t care about their guests!
Not a great start to my tour.

3 star hotel for our tour grou....
This was our stay for our tour group (group of 48 peoplel). It's def not in a convenient location and room def needs some updating. Bathroom was filthy. Even tho our room has a balcony but it's just over looking the front of the hotel.

nice, reasonable hotel in Pari....
I had a very pleasant stay at the Ergife Palace Hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. There is a roof top bar area with a very good view of Paris. The hotel is located near public transportation, for easy navigation around the city. Also, there is a police station across the street from the hotel.

Confusing hotel, bathroom is n....
Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel room was okay, but it was very confusing as their room numbering system is weird. In other hotels, the first number of your room typically tells you what floor it is on. Our room 2730 is at the 7th floor and my 83 year old Dad, who was also stayed at the hotel with us, had room 3220 on the 2nd floor.
The bathroom has no doors, and the tub has no shower curtains, just a small glass wall to keep the water from splashing on the floor. So you might want to make sure if you're staying with someone else, it'd better be someone you are intimate with.
The bath tub was also very slippery and no handles to hold on to, and was hard to get in and out of because it was too high. I feared for my Dad who might slip and hurt himself, it's not good for senior folks.
I ordered room service and their menu inside the room was outdated, it had the wrong phone number and they don't serve everything listed. I called the reception and they directed my call to the hotel restaurant who doesn't serve pizza. We were in Italy right? They also couldn't charge my room account so I had to pay separately when the room service guy arrived.

Big hotel but needs renovation....
A Congress was held in the hotel last April.
Lots of downsides:
-No Air condition in the Congress halls or hotel room and when we asked the hotel told us it starts working on mid of May!!!
-Rooms vary a lot take care we had to change the room after long negotiations
-The breakfast has very limited variety
-You can’t use the pool only for photos
- Bed was small.
-Not a perfect location
Personally I won’t book it again if I visit Rome again.
