Optimal location, friendly ser....
The hotel is conveniently situated, only a couple of blocks from Termini central railway station, so it only takes a few minutes walk to reach all the city buses that leaves in front of the station, as well as Termini metro station.
The staff turned out to be very helpful and friendly, and it was a nice extra with the garden, where you could sit and relax.
The single room was fairly small, but still big enough for one person. And then again you´re not staying the whole day in your hotel room. The only thing I actually missed was even a small fridge, where you could have kept cold refreshments.
I would definitely recommend this as a good and convenient hotel, at least for single travellers, but I suppose couples as well.

Great Location, lovely garden ....
Lovely little property in Rome, pleasant little garden out the back to enjoy a glass of wine. Staff were also really friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.
All in all very good value and a great location. :)

Great base for Rome
Lovely place close to everything the staff were lovely and polite and always took interest in our plans for their proud city. Breakfast was adequate but just the basics
The rooms were clean and fine for the amount of time we spent there only issue was only one electric plug outlet so there was a queue for charging phones and iPads etc
There was a lovely garden to have a quiet drink after a busy day site seeing
We would recommend this hotel it had all we wanted

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay but the room was too hot at night and the hair blower was real funky. Breakfast was very nice and well maintained. Hotel staff very nice. Lorenzo was by far the best staff member we had during our two week stay. Very personal and nice! He took a real interest in our stay.

Good if you want to be close t....
The location was a short walk from the station, which is great if you are rolling your own bag to the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though unexceptional, was good.
The rooms were clean, but small and ours had a double bed with not alot of space to move around beyond that. However, the hotel also had a little garden which was just outside our door and you could relax there in the evning if you wanted to get out of the room (though a sign make it clear you weren't supposed to eat at the tables!)
I was happy with this hotel for the price and the convenence to the station. You could walk to much of the ancient part of the city from here (though I would recommend taking the metro to where you plan to tour, then walk back at your leisure getting dinner on the way).
