There was a problem with the water pipes and too much noices. Location was good but the problem with the strickness of check in

It is approximately 15 mins walk from the main railway station with your luggage. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was okay-ish. We had some altercations about the extra milk/coffee part, first, we asked milk for the cornflakes, and then when we asked for a cappuccino, they did not inform us about the extra charge and then while checking out they asked us to pay for the cappuccino. I seriously do not get the concept of the breakfast here since usually all the hotels have unlimited full breakfast. And here they’re charging for an extra cup of cappuccino/milk.
Room: Triple Room, Ensuite, Annex Building (Via Boscovich 55)
