Although the location is good, hotel is very basic with not all amenities

Good Hotel, Nice location close to Republica Metro station, Good Evening dinning experience. Rooms could be a little bit bigger in size. Nice Breakfast spread.

There was no drinking water kept in the room. There was no ventilation in the room. The air conditioning wasn’t working

Hotel was clean but rooms were very tiny. Location was amazing with restaurants, tram and metro station at walking distance.

Stay is average based on the price paid. Despite of booking through mm t and having booking vouchers the receptionist asked for hotel booking fee. Upon clarification she rectified. Choice of breakfast is not much for vegetarians at least.

Excellent location of the hotel and a perfect stay in milan! very safe.

The main problem is that they off the ac of the room from 11pm to 6am, secondly there is no kettle kept in the room for hot water

Very big hotel with good restaurant.

Took almost 1 hour for check in. They were extremely slow. The room was extremely small compared to Ibis standard. There were no basic amenities in the room like kettle, cups, tea or coffee, when asked they were rude enough to say that they never keep such things. Will never ever go again. Had a worst experience.

There was no toiletries other than Sampoo. On enquire with front desk it is provided only on demand. No electric kettle or water bottles. I don't recommend this hotel.

Location is near the main railway Station but away from the main City. In a way, it was difficult to find good restaurants nearby.

Very comfortable location, rooms are very clean and neat, walkable distance from Milan Central and Metro Station, many good restaurants around the hotel.

They charge additional amount for an early check-in even by 1 hour.

India food is nothing this hotel

Great variety in breakfast. Rooms were little small but clean. Staff was excellent and fast.

Good ambiance, nice food, and fantastic service. Will come back to this place.
