The ambience was great, overall stay could be better

The rooms and ambience were good. The best thing I liked was the staff is very helpful and welcoming. They have a concept of ‘family food’, free dinner everyday for residents. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The downside was that the ACs were automatic for some reason, which wasn’t helpful during summers. And while they have a rule of quiet hours in rooms after 10pm, the noise from the activities in common area was unbearable (had to keep the windows open due to AC not working; automatic nature)
