Hotel Club

I recently stayed at Club Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a great balance of comfort, service, and amenities, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure stays. What I liked: Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all necessary amenities. The club facilities—especially the lounge and bar—were excellent, offering a relaxed atmosphere and good quality food and beverages. Location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The fitness center and pool were well-equipped and clean.

The staff at hotel club is very rude. The linen does not seem very clean. The location is close to the milano centrale railway station but apart from that not worth the stay.

Hotel's location from center is near, food is okay, safety is okay, if they provide drinking water at room for free will be good, also the bathrooms are very small.

A budget hotel near Milan central Station suitable more for business visit than tourism. Tourist attractions are little far off but we'll connected by metro. Breakfast is bit limited and repetitive but nice nonetheless.

Staff at reception was cooperative and polite. We had a good experirnce overall despite the air conditoner not cooling the room and we had to call for fan. Its nearby milan centrale station and area outside the hotel was safe at night. There was supermarket just across the street which was blessing in disguise. Overall we were happy with hotel stay.
There was no lock inside room or washroom. To lock the main door we had to use keys which was irritating.

Not a 3 star it is 0 star no body helping me. Very nosy hotel we can’t sleep full night.
