Hotel did not provide AC due to which we had to open the window and sleep and too many mosquitoes came inside the room so overall it was a pathetic stay. Also it was not near any metro station

The rooms were good, and the staff was helpful. The location is not ideal, poor commute and restaurant options. It was a little scary to walk around at night. The room service used to clean our room even though we had put do not disturb board. We would have spread our personal things inside the room and we didn't want it to be seen or cleaned. I should mention the staff helped us with umbrellas and kept our bags with extreme caution after checkout

i stayed at this hotel due to last minute booking.i was attending pharma event at milan and the hotel refused early check in even i offered extra amount which i would pay to freshen up..had just 1 day in milan and since it was business trip i expected some kind of welcome from this hotel.. staff was highly unwelcoming and rude.. too expensive stay ever in my life for such cold attitude by staff.. would not recommend for indians travelling there.. staying near duomo cathedral square is highly recommended…

The hotel was as beautiful as the city of Milan already is nothing could have been better to happy to have chosen IH Hotels Milano as my hotel partner. Should recommend this place to my colleagues and friends who travel to Milan.

Hotel location good but issue with finding the taxi and hotel taxi are expensive

The staff at the hotel were warm and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, The turn down of this hotel was the breakfast variety and the quality of food offered which was very substandard.

Only average hotel. Rooms were clean but not great.

We were given our room in the morning much before our check-in time since we arrived early, the breakfast spread was superb and the cleanliness and amenities were awesome. However the city tax was a little higher around 10 euros per person, compared to other hotels nearby.

Hotel was nice and really pleasant. No frills hotel at reasonable price. Breakfast should be well organised as accommodating many people gets into kios early morning. The reception was very cooperative and check-in and checkout was smooth.
