The service were really good

We were given our room in the morning much before our check-in time since we arrived early, the breakfast spread was superb and the cleanliness and amenities were awesome. However the city tax was a little higher around 10 euros per person, compared to other iH Hotels Milano Gioias nearby.

Hotel was nice and really pleasant. No frills iH Hotels Milano Gioia at reasonable price. Breakfast should be well organised as accommodating many people gets into kios early morning. The reception was very cooperative and check-in and checkout was smooth.

The staff at the iH Hotels Milano Gioia were warm and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, The turn down of this iH Hotels Milano Gioia was the breakfast variety and the quality of food offered which was very substandard.
