Room was spacious, wash rooms were little cramped, breakfast was ok, amenities like steam iron would have helped, reception staff was very humble and helpful, overall a good experience. Recommend for short business stay, close to Milano Centrale

The Best Western Hotel Madison is situated very near to Milano central and the metro station. The staff at the reception were very good and accommodated our requirements perfectly. The breakfast was good but lacked variety.

Room was a little small for 1 person. Other than that the Hotel has a central location and close by the Station, Loved the service and breakfast of the Hotel.

Too expensive ; Free Mobile with Internet is very good value addition to the package but calls to india is not found. The hospitality of the reception staff is very good and they give useful information about the city.

It was really nice stay. The room was neat and clean. Service als good, the restaurant was great !
