Best Western Hotel Madison

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Hotel Madison in Milan. The location is absolutely ideal—just a quick 2-minute walk from Milano Centrale, which made getting around the city and catching early trains incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile—whether it was giving directions, helping with luggage, or offering local tips. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and every interaction felt genuinely courteous. My room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with all the amenities you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt both professional and homely. Overall, I would highly recommend Best Western Hotel Madison for both business and leisure travelers. Great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location!

Lovey small compact hotel near the central e station. Love the breakfast spread was good enough for this kind of a hotel. Rooms are clean and neat toiletries provided. Comfortable beds. Well maintained hotel.

the property is not upto the standard of the brand name and was under construction and difficult to locate unless one reaches it due to construction/ renovation covers. inside is decent but rooms are little small compared to other options nearby. but still, a decent property overall so 3

Room was a little small for 1 person. Other than that the Hotel has a central location and close by the Station, Loved the service and breakfast of the Hotel.

Room was spacious, wash rooms were little cramped, breakfast was ok, amenities like steam iron would have helped, reception staff was very humble and helpful, overall a good experience. Recommend for short business stay, close to Milano Centrale

The hotel is situated very near to Milano central and the metro station. The staff at the reception were very good and accommodated our requirements perfectly. The breakfast was good but lacked variety.

Too expensive ; Free Mobile with Internet is very good value addition to the package but calls to india is not found. The hospitality of the reception staff is very good and they give useful information about the city.

Room is good. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Very near to central station. Very good for Transit passengers. A good hotel and can recommend all to stay. Near to metro station so the Duomo is also very close... So city center near approximately 10-12mins.
