Terrible Stay
the hotel was firstly far from the centre the first night they gave a room where ac was not working properly and we had to spend the night in a very bad situation, we asked for a cooler or room change but they didn't do it. Next day they changed the room and gave it on the 4th floor, but when we reached the hotel in the night, there was no electricity and we had to walk 4 floors. Now there was ac in the new room but no electricity, we had to sleep without ac again, not sure when the electricity started.

Not great. Outside of main city accessible by tram 500m walk away. Walk is not pleasant if you have luggage. Otherwise fine hotel for budget travellers. Old room and furniture.

Perfect location & polite staff
Wi-Fi signals are weak on the top floor for those interested in Internet. Rest is all perfect. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They upgraded us to quadruple even though we booked double as they didn't have enough double rooms vacant on the day we arrived.
