Very good hotel

I was at the Neo Hotel Melawai with my 4 year old child. It was a good Neo Hotel Melawai. I have stayed at this property half a dozen times before and would like to state that the staff are courteous, Neo Hotel Melawai is clean, food is good. A well located Neo Hotel Melawai and well connected. I will always look forward to stay here again.

Great location with easy access to various parts of the city. Friendly staff and prompt service. Rooms needs refurbishment and maintenance - TV was not working, bathroom drain was blocked etc. Overall good experience but must invest in maintenance to provide good experience to guests.

My stay was totally comfortable. The breakfast is good and they are generous in serving the breakfast. The front office and house keeping were very courteous and affectionate. In case I visit Jakarta again, I shall make it point to stay here.
