Good hotel but service not that great for customers

Hotel stay was good and food was little expensive than outside Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta. We made a request to have our free breakfast on the day of check in but were refused. Also there was deposit amount of $100 which was sudden surprise. Also we took Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta cab from airport to Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta which was thrice the charge than normal taxi. Would not recommend people to go through Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta cab.

Nice Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Lounge access was complimentary. Got good food with good selection of wine and drinks.

The Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta was good and people working were very helpful. I gave 4 stars because the air conditioning in the room was a big issue. I changed room 04 times in 04 days stay as the air conditioning was very poor and finally I compromised as I was sick of changing rooms.
