DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Diponegoro, Jakarta, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and signature chocolate chip cookie made me feel right at home. **Service** The service was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team—was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. **Food** The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of local and international options, all beautifully presented and delicious. I also enjoyed several meals at the on-site restaurant, and every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. **Rooms** My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the city. Overall, I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Diponegoro Jakarta to anyone visiting the city. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and top-notch comfort. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Jakarta.

Had a great experience while staying in double tree. The welcome dessert in the room was a nice gesture by the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro. The rooms are well spacious but lights could have been better and bath tub was not there in the bathroom, rest everything was great. The breakfast buffet had a huge spread and everything was delicious, especially the fruits section - totally fresh and in variety. In terms of connectivity, i won't say it's great as there are no good restaurants nearby in walking distance, so you have to either eat at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro restaurant which has limited options or you go out by booking a cab. Overall a good stay here.

Very friendly staff always willing to help at all times- reservations , concierge services , bell boys , reception . Helpdesk , spa , restaurants, housekeeping and tech services. It was always service with a smile . Very nice location . Reccomend strongly I

Hotel n service very good. But no Indian food available in breakfast. Staff very co operative n courteous in breakfast restaurant. Chef Andrew helped us in giving French fries n mango as there was nothing vegetarian for us

A wonderful experience; the breakfast spread was wide in range covering all the cuisines. Loved the pool and the rooms are spacious. Would definitely recommend to stay.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro is not located in central district but excellent stay. Lounge service was very good.
