The room is okay, but there is no actual balcony for the room, just the space outside the hotel they mentioned as balcony so don’t get scammed by it. Also the veg options in the breakfast were very limited. Rooms are okay. Not sound proof. But for the price they offer I think it’s okay. If you are looking for a basic hotel just to sleep at night and be close to sea then this is it

The hotel is nice but, it is a bit old. The bathroom amenities are not up to date and little dingy. The breakfast buffet was a true let down. We really expected better! The location of the hotel is even decent.

Nice ambience, location is very good, Kuta market is within walkable dostance and beach is nearby, breakfast is good.

Hotel check-in take lot of time , there is a smell of chemical in hotel all around. Hotel smells very badly. There is no phone available in room to call reception. And also food is not very good not too many options they have! Terrible…. When u was there u realised there were good hotels available in this price with modern amenities.

Washrooms was not clean .. floors was not clean breakfast was not that great .. only positive was pool .. they have 2 amazing pools and hotel is close to beach

Good stay.. rooms are clean and well maintained. Near Kuta beach (2 min walk). Average on breakfast, as no much option and end up eating egg and bread. No Indian food option. Overall the stay was good. Thank You!!!

Good location nice hospitality clean rooms

Property is very beautiful and location of the property also very convenient for tourist. The room amenities, food quality, hygiene of the room is fantastic. I suggest must stay here. The staff is also very cooperative and lovely nature.

Evening was good but no much food option for indian or vegetarian room was clean but ac not so good location was very close to beach. If you wanna go must hire a scooty in just 5 hundred inr and enjoy no traffic police city

Initially twin bed was provided for a couple room. A lot of hesitation to change the room from their end. The towels were smelly, jet spray water smelled very bad. The person at reception didn't seem that friendly. Vibes are not welcoming.

It was good not that great as we expected. The bedroom was lacking a mirror which was a real challenge for us to get ready. Mosquitoes were there. Furnitures were not that great.

Nice peaceful stay with all required amenities, the villa is close to the beach and the main market area.

Very bad room condition. Bathroom floors are not clean and needs scrubbing. Basic sanitary kits were not provided. The ac in the room if faulty. Water dripping continuously and the entire floor is wet. Flush stopped working in the second day of our stay. Telephone not working during entire stay this making it difficult for us to communicate to the reception and restaurant. Will not recommend to anyone travel-ling to kuta.

Ok stay in this amount, but wont recommend. Salty water, old room. Location of hotel is best near the beach

At the start of trip there was a marriage so we were skeptical about this stay. But was very comfortable stay and quite relaxing with kuta beach just at front. Bikes and all services are quickly available and staff is courteous and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay
