The staff were really friendly. They were able to arrange anything we asked for. The location is a big plus for this The Rivavi Legian. Walkable distance from the beach. Everything is available in a 200 meters radius from the The Rivavi Legian. The complimentary breakfast they provided was good. The room were very neat and cleaned properly every day. I had a good stay for 3 days with my family with zero concerns.
