Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta

Hotel needs refurbished no hot water no drinking water on top of that dead breakfast that you will end up wasting a lot of food

Nice and comfy stay.

The rooms are very small. Our washroom had an issue with water not draining properly. The swimming pool was dirty, and the breakfast spread was limited and unhygienic. However, the staff was helpful.

It is a very big hotel. Multistorey building. Friendly people like whole of bali. Very budget friendly. Wifi has great speed. Food was good, kind of okayish. Probably because i came in the month of saawan so had to eat vegetarian food only. Non veg might be good, but i can't say. Location is very nice. You'll be out at the beach or visiting outside so hotel is very pocket friendly. Go for it.

The stay was fantastic. Neatly maintained. The area is in the prime spot with lot of shopping center around.

Bathtub water was not draining, ac wasn’t working effectively, food was average or below average, not great though for a money

Better if they serve more vegetarian food

The experience with Hotel is good however we didn't find good vegetarian breakfast for indian, there was options for indian kind of breakfast but the taste was not at all good.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, facilitating an early check-in. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent location at heart of Kuta, good facilities, good staff support. Only thing which can be improved in shower as there is not curtain or dividing glass wall and bath tub very slippery. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Very good stay at this hotel.

The hotel is in the heart of a market. Shopping can be done at very reasonable rate. Beach is 10 minutes away. The WiFi is free and works very well. Breakfast spread is quite good. The hotel arranged for 2 days road trip to temples at a very reasonable rate.
