It's a wonderful hotel and extremely spacious and large rooms. Cleanliness is top class .. Location is away from the busy streets and near the Kuta South Beach. which is a quiet place. The main market area is a little far , however , you have quick and easy Gojek and Grab vehicles available. For families this is a great place overall better and bigger rooms compared to many hotels in Kuta.

Beautifully located next to the beach , just one minute walk , lovely swimming pool and restaurant on terrace and equally comfortable and huge rooms. It's a steal at such cheap rate.

This was an excellent stay there. Staffs are very good in behavior and food is also good as well as reasonable

Located next to kuta beach, very conveniently located near good options of indian restaurants and local market. We did not opted for food here so no comments. It is nee t and clean and all basic facilities are available.

Nice location, friendly staff, a homely environment, a beautiful rooftop restaurant, and a swimming pool made my stay there a very pleasant experience. The only thing that was lacking is the lack of vegetarian food.

Loved the room, washroom. They also gave us breakfast box before night as we had early morning flight the next day.

Overall experience staying at this hotel was satisfactory. The location is good, very close to bali airport and walking distance from the beach. The rooms were spacious with all facilities except for electric iron. Cleanliness and room service are quite good. The only downside is their restaurant which has limited menu and no buffet, you have choose from the 6-7 items for breakfast.

This is a very nice property at an extremely good price. The location is very close to the beach. The amenities are very well maintained. Rooftop pool is kept clean and view is stunning. Breakfast is also optimum with no extra frills. The roo. S was a great pleasant surprise, with large beds. I booked the family room for four of us and it was amazing. Loved the stay in sulis.

One of the best beget hotel in kuta area all the restaurant r in walking distance

Positive: the hotel is bang on the beach, just a 1 min walk and you will be on the beach. The rooms are spacious and hotel is just 1 km from airport. Negative: the staff is not very friendly/welcoming and you would not find anyone in the hotel to even say 'hello' to you! it also has many rules, which can be good but if you have so many rules and people are following, the expectation would be that you give great service, which is missing. Probably at this price, this is what you get in kuta.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Very happy with the staff especially niyati at reception who was very friendly and helpful. All others at reception were also very helping and friendly. Cleanliness has got 5 points and i will give 5 stars to swimming pool also. We booked the room with garden view it was awesome. Ambience is just too too good. Loved everything there. Everything was fine and we enjoyed alot there. Looking forward to go there again someday.

Its a clean, hygienic property and pool and open terrace is a advantage and attraction. Open roof top restaurant also adds a star to it. Overall satisfied with staff service and i wish i had stayed here for my entire trip.
