Hotel was nice but bathing area in washroom was little rusty . Overall comfortable and good location.

The lobby looks really great. But when we enter the floor where our room is, it looks like a haunted place. Full dark ascetics. Black curtains and black washroom. Full darkness. Really had a bad feeling in that room

Hotel room was completely dark with no proper light and windows were opening up to a huge wall with no light and air. Even after placing the request for 1 large bed, they provided twin beds stating that large bed is not available. Hotel denied providing hand wash as well( not sure if they are expecting tourist to bring their own hand wash from their home country. Breakfast options were very very limited. The only plus point of staying there was its close location to kuta art market and kuta beach but you can find many other good hotels near by. Would not recommend this.

no window. washroom is smelly. avoid kre. .mattress is so old. feeel the springs.

Everything was fine. Staff cab.
Air conditioning was bit sick.

Infrastructure not good. AC leakage was there. Location is good. Service is good. Faculty not good. Maintenance not good. Ventilation not good. It is budget hotel. The way receiving customer is good but not caring too much about complaints like I raised issue on AC leakage but they did not correct it whole night it was leaking. Infrastructure is not up to the mark like ventilation and outside view is not at all good.

Worth for your money. The best hotel to stay at. May look a little congested while walking through the lawns. But rooms are excellent. And service is exceptional. The spa they have is amazing. Very professional.
