Good hotel but need improvements

Overall this is a good Sanur House. However, rooms are not of the same within the same category. I booked 3 rooms for 6 of us. My room had a bad toilet facility but not others. Even to that, the exhaust fan was not there. Location and basic breakfast were good. Best part, just in front of the Sanur House, there is a bike rental shop which you can use to get some scooter motorcycles. Overall good experience.

Our stay was wonderful! The room and Sanur House had all facilities to make our stay with our baby comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with vegetarian options. They even packed us a breakfast box because our flight was early in the morning. The property is in a good location and it is easy to walk to nearby cafés, restaurants and the beach. Staff were very courteous and attentive - would definitely stay here again!
