Location is good. Although they gave us a room which was right at the end of the hall. So had to walk for 10 mins to reach to reception. Hotel furniture looks a bit old. Not sure if it’s intentional or just purely old. The staff was very polite and helpful. They kept our luggage for overnight and gave us breakfast boxes as we had to leave early in the morning. Overall, a good place to stay for people who have tours planned from sanur harbor.

Pros: 1) close to sanur harbour 2) clean room 3) breakfast buffet is good 4) spa, swimming pool, gym services are available cons: 1) no good vegetarian options available 2) available veg food( pasta) quantity and quality is not good 3) can feel language issue as many staff don’t understand english much, so either use google translator or sign language to communicate.

I booked for 2 nights and the property is amazing. Near to sanur harbour for ferry to nusa penida and very well managed neat. Big property with lot of greenary.

Rooms were pathetic stinking also the expensive room i took but still there were no facilities really very disappointed we could have paid the less amount in other resorts and love

The breakfast was very good, although repetitive. Otherwise complete. Location is good next to Beach. Service is very good.

It's basically a commercial hotel for conducting conferences, seminars. It's a huge hotel of rooms and I found it not suitable as generally people go to Bali for relaxing and enjoyment. Lot of facilities available like spa, lawn tennis, bar obviously all are separately charged. Airport pick and drop facility. Lot of rush. Rooms not worth of price. Most of the tourist places are very far. Food is not at all good especially for vegetarians.

Hotel is nice but quite expensive. Rooms are at long distances to walk a lot. Illumination in corridor is less and is very scary. No air conditioning at lobby and other outside areas. Heavy charges for pickup and drop from airport to hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall nice stay.
