This homestay is a hidden gem. We were skeptical about stay in homestay earlier but when we arrived, we were so happy to see the property. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is limited but staff serve it worh lot of love. Location is excellent with benoa beach and water sports just walking distance. Book it without any fear, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Pros 1. Nice location 2. Nice clean rooms 3. Good support staff 4. Nice ambience with clean pool and library 5. Good breakfast 6. Opposite udupi restaurant with tasty dosa, uttappam 7. Adjacent gogo fast food fried chicken (like kfc) with unlimited rice, unlimited ice tea(free) and very cheap price for drinks 7. Adjacent lots of mini supermarkets

Nice little gem as most others have written. The cute swimming pool, the garden/greenery, healthiest yet tasty breakfast and the friendliest staff certainly stand out. Multiple restaurants nearby (Sai, Sun & Sand) to take care of your lunch/dinner needs. Of course, it is closest to the Watersports hub.
