worst experience ever. no proper helpdesk. no in house restaurant...they ask you to order food from outside with extra delivery charges. The washrooms are in pathetic condition. the airport conditioning takes a decade to cool the room. Do go for their breakfast ...they give you old breads, old fruits and pathetic drinks. in short it's everything but not a hotel

All over nice experience. Only problem is no restaurants otherwise everything was nice.

Rooms condition was very bad. Room and bathroom door were not closing properly. Leakages from WC. AC was not good.

Went with friends, service was sub-par! Amenities could be better on the top................!........

Reception was not available every-time except everything was good. Room is good and clean. Staff is friendly

location and view is good! But, worst breakfast ever. No provision for lunch or dinner. There were coacroaches in the bathroom.

Bathroom were not properly maintained, intercoms are not working, WiFi is there but poor connectivity

Rooms were big, good, property is good. View is good. Location : far from crystal bay. Brakfast was good but options are limited.

The resort was really clear and beautiful definitely i will visit it again next time i visit bali. Food was really tasty and well presented and view was just die for

Hotel and view was great with helpful staff. But no guest in entire hotel and it was in bit off location. Hotel in shady area.

Very good place to stay and staff are friendly. They have got two wheeler for rent.

There were no locks in the room. And weird noises of animals kept coming in the night. Location itself was a bit shady. Will not recommend anyone to book this
