Rooms are clean, the shower area was very congested, other than everything was good. Hotel have many Indian restaurants nearby. Good deal for Indians looking for Indian food.

This is the best Ibis in Bali. Location is too good, very close to a lot of eating joints, shopping and spas. What else can one ask for? Rooms are clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was awesome and it's right next to the pool. Overall great experience. Location, food, friendly staff, its absolute value for money.

Food was very limited as we were vegetarian. Service was excellent. Always helping nature.

Good location and good hotel and good people and good stay

Overall good hotel but can be improved. Bathroom door was not closing. Lighting not enough in the room. Shower panel not working properly.
Room was not maintained properly. There were plaster come off and colour came out on wall at many places. Bathroom door was not closing. Head shower and telephone shower in the bathroom were not working individually. They both were working together. Lighting was very poor in the room. There were not enough lights in the room. Good things were breakfast, location, entertainment program, good staff, free shuttle, swimming pool and hotel interior. Overall good but could be better as per Ibis standard.
