Positives - Good location, near to town, good and beautiful interior, property was spacious, receptionists were courteous. Negatives - Staff behaviour was terrible, indifferent to customer services. Room was not made up properly at the time of check-in, half of the amenities were missing. When asked for them, started giving excuses, later provided some as if they were doing a favour. No hot water kettle and were charging for providing hot water.
