Room quality was average. I put a tag for room service on last day however it was not done. I requested a weighing scale to check Luggage weight before my travel however hotel denied having it? it's normal in hotels to arrange it on demand to check the luggage weight. Only advantage was that it's close to city center. Thanks!

Location is very convenient, small walking distance to the main station and hub as well. But the big negative is unresponsiveness of staff at reception. The people at the reception change, but they have no systemof communications between them . No TV channels for Non German speaking visitors, you can basically write off the TV if you are not interested in German TV Channels
