Decent hotel with some maintenance issues

The ACHAT Hotel Munchen Sud is located a good neighbourhood and there is underground metro station very close and so is a Lidl supermarket and also has quite a few nice bakery’s and restaurants near by. Rooms are clean and fairly well maintained but when we checked in at around 9PM we got a room without running hot water and they could not change the room in the night so had to take a cold shower and outside temp in this season also was cold after a 15 hr journey it was not at all pleasant, the next day they changed the room the staff were courteous about it but again the next room had problems with the air conditioning. Looks like the property lacks maintenance of these kind things . We had car and parking costs 10€ in an enclosed yard behind the ACHAT Hotel Munchen Sud .

The property is nice however the amenities are lacking. The liquid soaps weren’t filled, there was no facility for a kettle also. There were no moisturisers or basics like toothpaste. Cleanliness wise it was good.
