Very poor maintenance

The bathroom drain was completely blocked so all the bathroom water flooded the room. When I complained to them, they just wiped the water in the room. Next morning again my room was completely flooded with water, my luggage got wet and my expensive painting got damaged. When I strongly complained to them they just said we are sorry. Also when raining outside their breakfast area roof was leaking from 3 places above our head, they had to put buckets everywhere. The property is badly maintained. Had a terrible experience which spoiled my family's holiday mood.
