Le Méridien München

To be very clear, the issues I faced were not minor inconveniences, but basic failures in service and hospitality that made the experience underwhelming A simple light malfunction was left unresolved, disturbing my sleep and directly causing me a 38 minute delay to an important evening engagement. The fact that such a basic facility was not in working order is disgraceful. The housekeeping service was shockingly inconsistent. On some days, the bed was made properly, on others it looked rushed and careless. (images attached for your reference). Such sloppiness is unacceptable at even a budget hotel, let alone Le Méridien. To make matters worse, even drinking water — a basic necessity — was replenished only on some days, and ignored on others. This lack of consistency and attention to guest needs. It took over 2 hours to provide dental kit

Starting from the checkin experience till the check out, it was a great experience. The breakfast spread was really nice but somehow the restaurant is closed on sundays and mondays. But anyways we had a great stay

Very easy to commute, nice bar, good food. The staff knew english and was easy to communicate. Property was clean and sanitised
