Worst stay ever
This is the only Hotel where I have experienced worst customer service during travel in europe. My check in was delayed. I was not communicated about the emergency evacuation a day after. Very unfriendly staff I would never recommend stay at this Hotel.

Terrible stay and worst customer service you can ever experience
Was not allowed Check-in on time had to wait for Check-In. There was emergency evacuation but no accommodation provided to the nearby Achat Hotels. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. I hated my stay in ACHAT. would never recommend this hotel. Experienced terrible customer service. Please do not go!
