It's excellent stay Very good facilities and room thanks for make my trip

Housekeeping services could be more proactive, particularly in Block C. The cleanliness of the bedroom toilets in this block requires more consistent attention. Improving the overall housekeeping standards, especially in these areas, would greatly enhance the living experience.

Breakfast was not good and there is no storage in room even one small wardrobe also room service only available when you scan QR code its disappointing

A&o frankfurt galluswarte is the located at best location. This hostel is nearby messe frankfurt and frankfurt am main hbf so. Overall is the best hostel for me

it was nice and the people at reception were also helpful and please note that there is a small city registration fee for everyday in all of germany for staying in hotels

the room was very small, no proper black out curtains and it was noisy at night, but the next day morning buffet was 👍 good..

The place is excellent for a short stay and it has all the basic amenities for a good stay and easily accessible to train stations as well

It's a great place to stay near frankfurt station. I will highly recommend thisnplace. Clean and neat. I found it by makemytrip.

The rooms were very small. Bathing towels were not available. Hot water ran out on certain mornings. Had to wait 45mins to get pepsi because there was only one person at the reception.

Breakfast good, staff is frankly.

Clean, smell of non-veg in kitchen so heads up for vegans and vegetarians, lift wait time is quit high, but if you ask overall I give 9/10.

Room is comfortable, food is ASLO very good, its near by Airport, near by metro Station, and all mall is near by this Hotel.

The reception was good and check-in was quick. The room was noisy and bed spread and pillow cover not available, the guest kitchen was with roaches and flies.

My laptop was robbed. The hotel authority didn't do anything regarding that. I will never ever go to that hell.
