None offered any assistance with luggage or explained the room/amenities.
The room did not have international plug points, the bed was too small, the room wasn't cozy or inviting at all, but worst the heater didn't work all night. In the morning the receptionist switched it on after I called her to double check. The service was below standard. Noone asked whether they could assist me with my luggage or explained me the room/amenities/etc. I was made wait for quite a while during check-out cause the computer system was down, too.
