Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Congress Hotel

The Hotel rooms need repairs, especially the toilets and the plumbing. The Lobby has a distant smell probably the carpets. The room service is also average, they don't clean the room properly and our coffee cups were left unclean for 2 days. If they can take care of this it would help them improve their quality of stay

The hotel staff was very cooperative and the room was clean, the location was very good as the tram station was just at a stone’s throw.

The staff is non cooperative and seems old property, location is not good at thus price several good options

Wifi doesn’t work. Big red flag. Outdated property which can do wonders if renovated completely. Currently has ‘has been’ status in my opinion and can be skipped

Extremely outdated property and don’t deserve the crowne plaza tag. Room walls have marks all over the place which can be easily handled. At night there were mosquitoes in the room . Breakfast, shower pressure, bed and linen, housekeeping is good/average. Location is convenient considering tram station is adjacent

Terrible experience. Water v logging everywhere in the washroom. Stay away from this hotel at all cost. Its wasting the brand name of crown plaza! terrible. The washbasin was basically unusable.

Good location and excellent breakfast. Tram station just outside hotel and option of indian and chinese cuisine restaurant within the hotel premises.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Pool was quite cold as per the weather thus not suitable for use. But good rooms and decent stay for the price offered. Would recommend for business travelers as is slightly away from City center.

It was a comfortable and nice stay.
