Was good in most aspects. Hospitality, friendliness of the receptionists, location were all top class. Only deterrent was absence of air conditioning in the room. Especially in the peak of summer. At least they should mention in the website that these rooms are non aircon rooms. Most travelers take it for granted the all rooms will be air-con.

The Hotel Carlton and the staff was really polite and helpful. Room was neat and clean and so was the washroom. Only thing i found not so ok was the area surrounding the Hotel Carlton. It is located next to the ‘taunusstrasse’ street. You would easily see drug consumption and drunken people making nuisance at night.

Worth the price, location was easy to reach, few steps away from hauptbahnhof, sheets and towels provided were clean. The breakfast was amazing too.
