Comfort Hotel Frankfurt Central Station

We stayed in room 404. It was a very small room and cramped. Bed is smaller than a regular queen bed. The bathroom had broken tiles on the floor. Overhead shower was throwing water only on the walls. The hand shower was strong to make the whole bathroom wet. We booked the rooms with breakfast but no breakfast was served. There was smell in the room. Roads are noisy at night so you need to keep the windows closed to reduce the noise. The hotel is near the metro station which is a big plus.

Excellent room, receiving by management was really awesome. Wash room was clean and neat. Environment awesome.

Bed is not good

Dear sir, this is to inform that the service of the hotel was pathetic, i did not get the room key till one hour after check in and after getting the key the person gave me the wrong key and due to this i entered the wrong room, the service was extremely bad. This might have very bad consequences and hence i would request to please refund my amount and i need the refund. Please do the needful. Even the breakfast place was closed and they asked me to have the breakfast in the nearby hotel.

Near to the train Station and restaurants.

Convenient to stay as near railway station. Quiet and small hotel and very courteous staff at front desk. Overall experience was satisfactory as value for money and with very good restaurants of variety of cuisines within walking distance. If you go in that area try the meat house or for vegetarian lovers there is Suvarna Bhavan. Will love to stay here for my next trip.
