Wonderful room view and polite staff

AC did not work for 2 days. Even after repeated reminders. Fan was provided. Carpet was wet on arrival. Bed sheets were not changed daily. Room view was wonderful. Connectivity was amazing. Staff was polite. Concierge was very helpful. Apart from above 2 complaints. We had no issues.
