familyCleaner didn’t replace towels moreover took whatever were there - funnily, kept used coffee mugs. Aircon controller wasn’t working & they had no idea about it. Service staff didn’t speak english. Reception phone was perpetually hung up & had to try 50 times minimum to get through. Highly unprofessional & disinterested staff
