Cleaning may be better on bed sides. And can provide some water on stay basis

I had an amazing stay. The staff was cool. The hotel was clean and nice.

The best thing about it is the location. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area. Close to u Bahn. Just a few kilometres from the Tegel Airport.

None of the staff understand English. At 4 degree temperature, room heating was not working. Even water not supplied and everything is chargeable, even plate and spoon. They didn't give us the final invoice at check out for which we now have to visit the hotel again to get it as we have to submit the bill at office, fingers crossed, they will not make it hard for us to get the bill. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, clean, spacious room, good wifi, wake up call if you leave early morning, prompt response, welcome you with always smiling faces.

It's just the name that is big. Hotel is old and not up-to standard.
I had booked a suite and the 3rd bed so bad that it hurt my back. It wasn't comfortable at all. In fact, I honestly didn't expect such low standard from a group like Holiday Inn.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk from metro and 25 minutes ( in bus and Metro) from Tegel airport. Breakfast spread is good. Reception has many people who understand English, though housekeeping staff may not always know English. Good hotel for business traveller who has work in Siemens. Slightly far from city centre

Very rude and somewhat incompetent. Carpets in corridors and room dirty. Not bothered about exciting specific instructions given by guest. But this seems to be an issue with this hotel chain in Berlin as previous few days I was staying at East branch and had similar issues. Neither value for money and below average in most other things.
