When we checked in we were given a room on the 5th floor but the room was smelling of dead rats so when we complained we were changed to another room on the 4th floor which did not smell and was nice but the fridge was not working to which they said they can only get it done by the next day apart from this the hotel facilities were nice, staff were courteous and response was good. Would love to stay here again.
