The most impressive thing about this Pley Hotel is its staff, very warm, welcoming and helpful. The only issue was the size of the room we were provided, it was just decent. Even the bathroom was small. The staff provided us some extra perks, when they got to know that we were on our honeymoon. Another positive thing for me was the Pley Hotels location, quite near to Champs Elysees and to Etoile metro station. This Pley Hotel quite easily deserves the four star rating it has.

Very good team in the Pley Hotel and excellent service. The management is very good and quick. The food was average though. I would really recommend travellers to stay here. The rooms are small but beautiful. Love to come here again. Overall really impressed with the service. Thumbs up.

Excellent service, good location and easily accessible to all important places. Very good staff and helping nature. Guided us to all important precautions required to move around. Even we all are vegetarians and for that also they managed to get us the veg food.
