OK budgeted hotel

Staff was excellent they will tell you exact location where you want to go. My personal suggestion use of Next stop RATP app from play store it's very handy. Rooms are small but location is good. If want to eat there are lot of options in Levis street backside of the Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat. You can buy water, chocolates from local supermarket on the back side of Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat its really cheap. Water price in any Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat is 2-3 euros for half ltr but in supermarket. 82 cents for 1. 5 I use to carry water & Juice everyday for day travel. Trust me it's really cheap. Than any Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat. As usual Paris is very costly... I have use train for all my travel it's super quick and cheap. Taxi?? Dont ever think of it its too costly. Form Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat you can go to eiffel tower at 1. 2 euro by train but by taxi around 80-90 approx. Hope my review will help you too plan your holiday.
Location is excellent & value for money

The Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat is old but quite clean, the staff is cooperative but there is hardly any service in the room, facilities are average. Overall, it is good value for money. The Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat location is excellent and Metro station Rome and Villiers are nearby. Also, a lot of food options nearby only. Le gondole and Rabbit pizza are some joints I liked.
The location was good and the staff was very helpful and hospitable

Centrally located and all services including metro station, super market and good restaurants were available nearby. However, the lift was too small and the rooms were also slightly smaller than our expectation.
Complete value for money

The Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat has bilingual and courteous staff, cleanliness of the rooms and bed etc. Are the best part of this Hotel. Hotel is near to two Metro stations therefore there is no problem with the mobility. Breakfast mainly french bakery items are served in the wooden room in the basement, which makes it very cosy.
Average property

Location is good but didn't enjoy the property. Rooms are small and staff indifferent. Book this Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat only if you are getting a great deal on it and you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Better options are available all across Paris. Can be avoided.
Not a bad hotel but not recommended for family

The rooms are quite small with no not much of facility. There was no tea kettle provided neither an iron in the room. The location is not that bad considering it takes 10-15 min. To reach Eiffel tower and Champs Elysees. The breakfast provided is decent.
Good Stay

The stay at the Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat was superb. The Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat staff was very helpful and helped us in understanding the city with directions and nearby places. Only the breakfast was ok ok. If anyone is planning for Paris, then this Hotel du Theatre by Patrick Hayat is not a deal.
