Poor guest service and rats screeching

Poor guest services, rats screeching most of time and in fact you have to give your keys to hotel staff when you go out because according to them they only have one key. Did not try breakfast since there were rats in breakfast area.
Room service is extremely poor, person at reception refused to come and check bathtub leakage which made floor wet and was pretty rude, I have this feeling they respond poorly to Indian or as an guests del barely. Rats found screeching near door though hotel confirmed they have done pest control but when we showed them rat moving in breakfast area then they said construction is going on in Paris which is why rats are coming. Location of hotel is nice but otherwise hotel is not appreciated.
