Manager was little rude.

I strongly feel the manager gave us a room which was located on the top floor for no reason. He was rude . . 4 floors without any lift, we had to carry our own baggage weighing 25kgs each. That’s was hectic especially after 10hour flight. Did not expect this. Hotel was pretty decent, rooms were average size. Only good for value for money. Nothing special as such.
