Good location and close to central Copenhagen with main attraction are just walk away. The services and information provided by the team members are very nice and one things they really trying to give good advice which eventually save your money. Most interesting is the lift. If we look from outside it seems like door with handle and difficult to guess it is lift. Rooms are very clean but toilets are bit congested

When you are in a country where English is not very common, you always expect that communication gaps are not there. This property had the best ingredients of hospitality. The ProfilHotels Mercur is easily approachable and prominent attractions are within short walks. European hospitality at it's best!
Good, but have good hotel in Same range

Small room, location is good ,. Very small bathroom, check out time is @3:00 pm. You get very good ProfilHotels Mercur is same range if you booked early. Restaurant available for only breakfast not for lunch or dinner.

Very good value for money. Good location and easier for transport by train to other part of Denmark. Train station is near by and you can reach some good Indian Afghanistan restaurant near by. Really stay was enjoyable and next time will visit again. Staff was giving good response and were helpful.

Good location near to center and value for money. Every thing like famous attraction and transport is near by. Best thing I liked most, it is near to Tivoli park and Metro station. Staff is friendly and helping. Neat and clean room. Again like to visit to Mercure Hotel.
