Very busy property with helpful staff

Good staff. Very busy property because of Congress Centre. Expect problems in internet but staff will try to solve it. They try to hardsell executive levels even when you go for breakfast and ask for an omelette. I experienced such executive vs superior differentiation for the first time. I use club facilities too at Sheraton or the Intercontinental always but breakfast in the restaurant is usually the same. Charge extra if you want for an omelette but don't ask me to change my room for it.

I had an excellent stay at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen. The location was convenient, and the amenities were great. The staff was courteous and professional, making the experience even better. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and overall, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Super place to stay with a very good location. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. They extended my stay for 3 hours without charges as I was unwell. Very good service. Clean rooms. Very prompt too. Have stayed there multiple times. Would recommend it.
