Hotel Krystal

There is no ac, rooms in the upper floors are terrible in summer. There is only one fan in restaurant which is insufficient and it doesn't serve all corners when the restaurant is full. Food is okay and price is reasonable. But choices in breakfast is too limited and they close the service sharply by 9. 45am, so you have to come at least 20 minutes before, or you may not get most of the items. Wifi signal is too bad in room. Room design is good, luxurious but no tea or coffee maker. Stuffs in the reception are nice and gentle. Most disgusting part is reception level is nearly 12 to 15 feet from the ground and there is no ramp or lift, and very inconvenient with heavy luggage, not wheelchair accessible and certainly does not meet eu standards.

The hotel has excellent location. It takes one bus (119 No. From airport to reach hotel in 8mins and the metro station is just 300mts from hotel. No AC, double bed rooms, excellent view from balcony, awesome czech breakfast, No bell boy system. I booked hotel from makemytrip with online payment system. When I reached hotel they said there was no booking by my name, so after spending 1 hour and contacting with local travel support of Makemytrip they finally agreed to my booking. The room are clean, comfortable but they do not have an AC neither a FAN. During the day in september it becomes hot and you have to step out of hotel into the main city to get some relief. The washrooms were clean and were having all necessities.
