Room was not cleaned. I ask for a water they said 3 hours. Toilet side not that perfect we can adjust. Mattress too hard

Even after repeated complaints ther owner didn’t bother to respond to my problems. And moreover he charged high on 2nd day when we tried to book the same room for the next day.

business1. No one picks call 2. There is no hotel at the given address 2111 3. Once complained to management of building about their fraud, they called someone who shifted to another extremely bad conditioned room at 2710, stinky and not at all in hygienic conditions to live.
