The reception at the Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Riverside needs improvement. Very few people who can speak in English and check in could be little fast. Declined to give room until the deposit of 500 RMB is made even though entire amount is paid to MMT. Front desk is really helpful in getting the Taxi booking done and guiding the driver to destination.
