Terrible Stay
I have pay for 3 bed money and they give me 2 bed no towel no pillow no blanket no mattress. Reception told me make my trip take 3 bed charges from you and pay us 2 person payment.

This place is horrible. We paid for our room, but didn't end up staying in the room because the place was way too small for me and my husband. The pictures at don't do justice on how tiny the room is. The place is disgusting, smelly. The elevator to go up is non existent. You have to wait for atleast 30 min to 1 hour to wait for your turn to hop in to a tiny elevator that fits 4-5 people. To check in, you have to loop around so many doors to get to the check in area. So, we knew that we couldn't stay at this place for our duration of the trip. We had to move to a different hotel but we did not check out yet because we don't want them to let anyone use our room. When we came back, our room was already occupied with another guest. Not only they collected money from us but charged other people to use our room that was already paid for. They also collected money for cleaning and did not want to refund our money eventhough they knew that we did not stay there at all. We told the receptionist that we need a refund, and they refused to give us a refund. They knew that they were at wrong because they gave up our room to someone else, and all they can say was sorry...Do not bother to look at this room at all, the place is not worth it.

I need a silent room with getting cleaning offered by the hotel on daily basis which i get from this property. For the internet connection i am not satisfied that much and due to business travel i ate all my meals outside only.
