My stay was for 1 night only . But I felt very satisfactory stay there as everything was comfortable i.e. check in reception room services etc. Breakfast was vey good with excellent ambience.

It was a short trip , 3 night stay in baiyun hotel ,it is a bit less time to explore city and ares surrounding the hotel . My 3 night, 4 days stay in baiyun hotel was very good , all services were good , property facilities, location,,nearby restaurants all is good . Nice breakfast aswell.

It’s the best hotel for Indian as in 2nd floor there is Indian restaurant Sharma ji which provides good Indian food with reasonable price, the staff also speaks English which is very much helpful

Rooms are small in size but best part is to have Indian food in restaurant. Also Sharma ji pure veg restaurant is on first floor. But they should allowed their room delivery.

All staff was helpful .it was clean .staff helped me with cab booking aswell. Overall good stay , I will stay here again.

Front Desk staff is very rude and do not cooperate. Well in advanced booked 8 rooms and requested to give all rooms in same floor but they denied. After that we asked for spare key as my wife was out for shopping but they did not give key saying that please ask your wife to come face to face and then only will give keys.

We are currently on a business trip and as vegetarians—specifically following a Jain diet—it’s usually very difficult to find suitable food in China. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant called Sharma Ji right inside our hotel, offering delicious Jain food! It made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. We’re very happy with both the hotel and the dining options provided. Highly recommended for fellow vegetarians or Jain food seekers
