The only disappointment was paying almost $25 Sing dollars for two bottles of water. I did not even notice it was Evian but regardless when a traveller arrives from a long flight the last thing they expect is to pay exorbitant prices for water.
I would also recommend that more 'tourist' information be availabe - maps, places to eat, shop etc.

Great hotel and very friendly. We were able to stay at this hotel because of the relatively cheap room rate (compared to 3 star hotels in europe), but was caught out by the expense of the services within the hotel. Expect to pay £5 for the bottled water in the rooms and we even got caught out by a £4 chocolate car from the minibar (we probably should've checked the price list admittedly).. breakfast was £18 too.. very costly. Best stick to using the room and utilising the restaurants in the surrounding areas.
